We know what it's like to pay good money for a vacation and not have a fully stocked kitchen or half the amenities are broken and don't work. Although we can't guarantee everything will be perfect, believe me, it won't be because of a lack of effort. We have tried to include everything to make your vacation easy so you can enjoy it as much as your family.

Our kids felt like they had their own private retreat! They absolutely loved the cozy nursery—with its daybed, crib, changing table, and rocker—and couldn’t get enough of the fun books and toys. It truly felt like a little home away from home where they were entertained and cared for throughout our stay.

My husband Neil and I will be your hosts and are available to answer questions you have prior to or during your stay at The Retreat, but we will leave you alone to relax once you have checked in and are all settled so you can enjoy your vacation.
We have thought of everything when it comes to stocking the cabin for you, so you are as comfortable in our cabin as you are in your own home. We hope your family will enjoy The Retreat at Oakwood and Ellijay, GA as much as our family does.
